Not enough Whites left in the city to pay for everything and help the city to have some semblance of being a first world city.
Maybe the Feds can force Whites to live there. Perhaps bus some in, make sure they don't have guns, and brainwash them to believe that diversity is great.
There just aren't enough Whites to go around anymore.
Detroit is 12.26% White, and 81.55% Black. And, more Whites are leaving at every opportunity.

SAN BERNARDINO: HATE CRIME ATTACK ON TWO WHITE MARINES BY LARGE BLACK MOB
Worth a read for the detail supplied by the step father of one of the Marines. The response he got from the police is fairly typical of what we see and hear when there are Black on White attacks.
Hate crime? Nah, some other reason. Don't buy it. The Black guy with the two Whites was not attacked by his fellow Blacks--only the Whites were attacked.

Short video.
The announcer on the above linked video says at the end: "This is a call to action." However, exactly what that action is, is left unsaid. Is it to stop immigration? Is it to have more non-Muslim babies? Is it to convert Muslims to Christianity? Most of the video is about the decline in the White population (but, it doesn't directly say this and does a PC quick step by talking about the decline primarily in European nations).
So, we'll tell you what the real call to action should be. It is for Whites to have more children.

The cancer causing virus SV40, wasn't discovered until 1960. Americans who received polio vaccinations prior to 1963 may have received the virus in the vaccine.
