CLEANING UP THE WESTSIDE BLUFFS--A REMINDER
MAY 9, Wednesday, 6:00 pm--City Council Chambers--The public is invited to attend a meeting about cleaning up the toxic chemicals on the 6.8 parcel at 1640 Monrovia Ave. that we wrote about in Issue # 125.
There will be an open house concerning this issue at City Hall starting at 5:00 pm and the official public meeting will start at 6:00 pm
THE CM PRESS SUGGESTION: Improvers should attend to learn about this and to ask that additional tests be conducted in other places on the Westside bluffs including tests of emissions in the air, soil tests and groundwater tests.
