Once again, the race of the attacker and the victim are missing from the written news reports, but the camera tells the tale.
Will the black attacker be charged with a hate crime if he's caught? Of course not.
Reverse the races and this would be front page news across the country and we'd have self-hating White libs having candle light marches against hate.
Violent crime is not an equal opportunity employer and Whites are paying the price for all the phony cliches and attempts to hide reality.
The truth is that White America is no more violent than it was 50 years ago.

This is the Westminster Police Department Detective who kidnapped and raped a woman.
Frankly, we wouldn't be surprised if this woman or others also sue the City of Westminster for not discovering this guy's mental problems and for not removing him from the police force.
The argument will be that proper psychological testing would have revealed that this guy was a danger to the public.

SHOULD THE CITY OF COSTA MESA INVESTIGATE SOME OF THE HATERS AND BIGOTS AND SHOULD THE DAILY PILOT SCREEN FOR HATE AND LIBEL?Free speech is not absolute. You can't threaten people and you can't defame them. If you do threaten or defame others then you need to face the consequences of your actions.
Some bloggers have almost no knowledge of what constitutes defamation. They think they can write the most outrageous things about private citizens and then tack on "in my opinion." Sorry, that doesn't work.
Also, during the last election in Costa Mesa and continuing today, we've seen many hateful and defamatory statements appearing in the DAILY PILOT and elsewhere, and even a threat or two from some cowardly people who think that they can remain anonymous behind screen names.
Some of those on our updated Hate and Bigot List appear to be employees of the City of Costa Mesa. Some may be using their City owned computers to post their hate.

If the City investigates anyone, especially in the uniformed services, you can expect that employees will be asked under oath if they are the person behind this or that screen name or if they know who the person is behind the screen name.
If they lie and deny they are the person, or if they try to cover up for someone, that will be reason for termination. If they have misused City property, that will be reason for termination. If they have made a threat, that will be reason for termination and criminal prosecution.
If any of those behind the screen names on our Hate and Bigot List think they shouldn't be there, please use our comment feature to contact us and tell us why you shouldn't be on the list. CM Press, I understand with Hatch in charge, one of the first things they will do is monitor computer usage to see what websites folks are visiting. The employees blogging during work will be quickly discovered and likely privately reprimanded. Too bad we will likely never know who?
ReplyDeleteAm I to understand that the dept. has not been monitoring this until now? This is a horrible lack of management and oversight, made worse by the fact that it is on taxpayer time. Internet monitoring software is cheap and easy to use. I was the dept. manager in a company that used it and found one employee regularly visiting porn sites. He was terminated. The city's rule is clear: You are not allowed on the Internet for personal use, you are not allowed to send personal e-mails through the city system and you are not allowed to use city phones for personal use. OBTW, if you are a police officer on patrol, you may not use your cell phone for personal use while you are driving around.

Those same city employees can, and do, get on the Internet and blog in the evenings however. There is no way the city can stop them.
ReplyDeleteIt's real easy to tell bloggers who are city employees, as well as those folks who are trying to buy the fairgrounds out from under the fair board. They all have one thing in common: sheer, unadulterated hate. They sound violent, and might be violent. Who knows?
