Naghavi is a good guy. He's competent. He's knowledgeable. He's personable. He's a workaholic.
The one problem that many Improvers have with Naghavi is that he doesn't live in Costa Mesa, and because of this, most Improvers won't support Mr. Naghavi for a permanent slot as Asst. CEO--unless he moves here.
Most Improvers want as many of our City employees, and especially the people at the top, to live here and experience what citizens experience--the good and the bad--on a daily basis, and to be a real part of the community.
