COSTA MESA CITY COUNCIL--YOU NEED TO ADJUST YOUR COURSEYou should not put PR "experts" permanently on staff. They should be in out source mode. And, you shouldn't over pay them.
You should not reorganize City Hall and have the final result cost more than before the reorganization.
If your goal is to right-size government, save money, and take the power away from the out of town unions and hand it back to the citizens of Costa Mesa, and if your goal is also to improve the Westside, then the CM PRESS is with you.
If your goal is to just fill City Hall with your pals, count us out.

I am a big supporter of the four men on Council but on this one, they are way off base. The appearance of hypocrisy alone is reason enough to NOT make these 3 new positions permanent.
ReplyDeleteMr. Millard, where were you when this came up? I know it was after midnight but the opposition stayed until closing time giving their opinions at every opportunity. For once we would have all been on the same side.
