Will they be charged with a hate crime? Nope. As usual when Whites are attacked by non-Whites, there is almost always some cover motive other than race that is given by the authorities. In this case, the Blacks who assaulted the elderly White victim, and then kicked him in the face when he fell down, didn't do it because of race (no, of course not). They did it because at least one of the perps was trying to impress a girl.
And, of course, it was probably just a matter of opportunity that a harmless elderly White man, minding his own business, was the victim and not a Black. Sure it was.
