AS A READER HAS POINTED OUT IN A COMMENT BELOW CM PRESS # 774 THE FOUR YEAR HATE CAMPAIGN AGAINST MAYOR RIGHEIMER HAS FAILED AND HE HAS WON THE ELECTION

As we've pointed out before, many of the haters are over the hill women (and men with too little testosterone and too much estrogen) who hate the idea of "men."  Oh, they'll deny it, but it is clear that they just don't like men unless men act like women.

Righeimer's "flaw" is that he is male and as a male he likes to fix things.  If he sees a problem, he wants to solve it as quickly and efficiently as possible.

The haters don't want things fixed, at least not quickly and not without the fixer listening to a lot of useless emotional  talk about feelings over whatever the problem is and expressing sympathy. They primarily just want someone to listen to them silently and commiserate with them. And, if the problem is never fixed but someone silently listens to them and empathizes with them, they're happy.  If, on the other hand, the problem is fixed without all their whining being listened to, they're not happy.

The studied group was too small and the search was apparently focused on finding a single gene.  Our guess is that longevity may be the result of control genes rather than genes for specific characteristics.
