We've had too many kids frozen in the snow banks in Costa Mesa, and Mother Teresa Foley wants to put a stop to it.

communication with Righeimer. How else to explain the war on the motels, the
kinds of projects being approved with no provision for affordable housing, the
utter lack of parks and lighted playing fields for Westside kids, the
mothballing (before Righeimer but with Monahan) of the rec van, and the latest
outrage. Let's see whether Righeimer thinks supporting Katrina's brother's
Marines unit is "political."

Well, Eleanor I have it from a good source that:a) The motels have never been an issue with this Millard person but the slum apartments are. These are two different things.
b) The wonderful new homes going into the Westside, that you now seem to be complaining about, are part of the Westside Plans that you helped formulate.
c) This Millard person has repeatedly called for the building of parks and playing fields on the Westside (but not in Fairview Park), right where they are needed.
d) As far as we know, Foley's brother is not in the Marines, he is either in, or was in the Army. Again, these are two different things. I remember this, because I was in the Marines.
So, Eleanor, you really must start paying better attention and you should get your facts straight. And, maybe you should work on trying to understand differences, such as between motels and apartments and the Army and the Marines and you might even try to understand what racism is and what it isn't.
And, while you're at it, you might try to understand the difference between scaring crows away and using a sling shot to shoot at them. Say, how are the crows?

Oh, those poor little children will freeze to death in the snowbanks in Costa Mesa if Foley can't use public property (that belongs to all of us) to promote herself as the local version of Mother Teresa.
You may recall some earlier political stunts by Foley to get her name in the paper:
How about the time a guy was shot to death in a drive-by gang shooting on Baker Street in the north part of Costa Mesa? Did Foley call for removing the slums where this happened or some other meaningful thing? Nope. She baked a pan of lasagna and delivered it to the people living there--who are Mexican, not Italian. And, naturally the press crew was there to give Foley a lot of press.
And, what did she do about the slum in her own Mesa Del Mar neighborhood, where a young White OCC coed was murdered (maybe because it wasn't explained to her that the slum in Foley's neighborhood is full of gang members and other criminals)? Why, Foley planted some flowers in front of the slum buildings and got lots of free press about how wonderful and caring she is.
Oh, and if you go to Foley's Website, you can learn how to donate money to Foley's campaign chest as well as bask in her goodness and compassion in trying to get coats so the poor kids don't freeze to death in the blizzards we have here in Costa Mesa. NO MORE DEAD KIDS IN SNOWBANKS IN COSTA MESA! It's a worthy cause. Do it for the children. Give $$$$$$ to Foley.

Meanwhile, and right here in Costa Mesa, we have weak seed, self-hating Whites who want to keep other Whites in the dark about such things and brow beat them into silence by calling them racists and similar names.
Someone should ask some of the self-hating Whites why there are Black, Latino, Asian/Pacific Islander and Jewish Caucuses in the state legislature in Sacramento but no White Caucus.
Aren't Whites a people? Don't we have interests? Shouldn't our interests be protected?
