Here we go again.
For years the City Council has taken your money and given it to charities. The charities then use your money to pay salaries. Some salaries of the Charity bosses are more than $ 200,000.
The City Council DOES NOT have to give your money to charities. It can use this money, about $ 204,190 this year, to fix physical infrastructure items on the Westside or in any other areas of the City that are downscale. It can't use the money in Mesa Verde or other high end areas of the city.

I live in Mesa Verde. I wish I could say it was "High End". We have blight all over the place like you. In some places almost as many renters as homeowners. I hate what our city is becoming.
