Were you born male, but feel that inside you are female? Well, just change your male name to a female name and wear women's clothes.
Were you born White, but feel that inside you are Black? Well, just frizz your hair and tell everyone that you are Black. Then, use your new racial identity to get promotions over better qualified people, and to get college seats even though you failed high school.
There's also a push now in Hollywood for more Black actors, so let the casting directors know that you may look White, but you are really Black. In fact, if you were born the wrong gender and the wrong race, you can tell Hollywood that you many look male and White, but you are really female and Black so you want to be cast as a Black female.
