MEDITATION CAN TRIGGER DEPRESSION AND ANXIETY

The problem with the above article is that it fails to consider genetic differences.  Whenever you discuss the so-called "human condition," or other things relating to humans you must  always consider genes.

I've touched on the use of meditation by Whites over the years and I've hypothesized that Whites who want to meditate might be better served by not following the usual Asian practice of sitting still for long periods of time, but rather we should use moving meditation for short periods of time.  That is, Whites should get in the mental zone of contemplation while doing something physical and repetitive that does not require us to think. This could be walking, running, bicycling, gardening, etc.
