LOS ANGELES [CIVILIAN] POLICE COMMISSION
Los Angeles, as is the case with many cities, has a civilian police commission to oversee the police department.
HERE'S where you can read about this in detail. Is something like this a good idea for Costa Mesa? Many citizens are starting to believe so.

COLIN MCCARTHY HAS A NICE LETTER IN THE DAILY PILOT ABOUT HAVING OVERSIGHT OF THE CMPD OR AT LEAST THE UNION
Folks, we have to have cops who we can trust to be honest and truthful and respectful of citizens. We do not need an occupying army of out of town, overly political cops commuting in to Costa Mesa and trying to run this city by electing puppets to the city council.
As you may recall, the CM PRESS obtained zip codes of where all CMPD cops actually live and we discovered that around 75% of them choose to live in other cities. This isn't good for the citizens of Costa Mesa.

CONSPIRACY
PENAL CODE
SECTION 182-185
182. (a) If two or more persons conspire: (1) To commit any crime. (2) Falsely and maliciously to indict another for any crime, or to procure another to be charged or arrested for any crime. (3) Falsely to move or maintain any suit, action, or proceeding. (4) To cheat and defraud any person of any property, by any means which are in themselves criminal, or to obtain money or property by false pretenses or by false promises with fraudulent intent not to perform those promises. (5) To commit any act injurious to the public health, to public morals, or to pervert or obstruct justice, or the due administration of the laws. (6) To commit any crime against the person of the President or Vice President of the United States, the Governor of any state or territory, any United States justice or judge, or the secretary of any of the executive departments of the United States. They are punishable as follows: When they conspire to commit any crime against the person of any official specified in paragraph (6), they are guilty of a felony and are punishable by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170 for five, seven, or nine years. When they conspire to commit any other felony, they shall be punishable in the same manner and to the same extent as is provided for the punishment of that felony. If the felony is one for which different punishments are prescribed for different degrees, the jury or court which finds the defendant guilty thereof shall determine the degree of the felony the defendant conspired to commit. If the degree is not so determined, the punishment for conspiracy to commit the felony shall be that prescribed for the lesser degree, except in the case of conspiracy to commit murder, in which case the punishment shall be that prescribed for murder in the first degree. If the felony is conspiracy to commit two or more felonies which have different punishments and the commission of those felonies constitute but one offense of conspiracy, the penalty shall be that prescribed for the felony which has the greater maximum term. When they conspire to do an act described in paragraph (4), they shall be punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year, or by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170, or by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both that imprisonment and fine. When they conspire to do any of the other acts described in this section, they shall be punishable by imprisonment in a county jail for not more than one year, or pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170, or by a fine not exceeding ten thousand dollars ($10,000), or by both that imprisonment and fine. When they receive a felony conviction for conspiring to commit identity theft, as defined in Section 530.5, the court may impose a fine of up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). All cases of conspiracy may be prosecuted and tried in the superior court of any county in which any overt act tending to effect the conspiracy shall be done. (b) Upon a trial for conspiracy, in a case where an overt act is necessary to constitute the offense, the defendant cannot be convicted unless one or more overt acts are expressly alleged in the indictment or information, nor unless one of the acts alleged is proved; but other overt acts not alleged may be given in evidence. 182.5. Notwithstanding subdivisions (a) or (b) of Section 182, any person who actively participates in any criminal street gang, as defined in subdivision (f) of Section 186.22, with knowledge that its members engage in or have engaged in a pattern of criminal gang activity, as defined in subdivision (e) of Section 186.22, and who willfully promotes, furthers, assists, or benefits from any felonious criminal conduct by members of that gang is guilty of conspiracy to commit that felony and may be punished as specified in subdivision (a) of Section 182. 183. No conspiracies, other than those enumerated in the preceding section, are punishable criminally. 184. No agreement amounts to a conspiracy, unless some act, beside such agreement, be done within this state to effect the object thereof, by one or more of the parties to such agreement and the trial of cases of conspiracy may be had in any county in which any such act be done. [185.] Section One Hundred and Eighty-five. It shall be unlawful for any person to wear any mask, false whiskers, or any personal disguise (whether complete or partial) for the purpose of: One--Evading or escaping discovery, recognition, or identification in the commission of any public offense. Two--Concealment, flight, or escape, when charged with, arrested for, or convicted of, any public offense. Any person violating any of the provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.# # #
MORE DUMB COMMENTS FOLLOWING JOHN STEPHENS' STUPID COLUMN IN THE DAILY PILOT
Robin Leffler-- Robin Leffler · Top Commenter
Gee, have Steve Mensinger and Jim Righeimer won their case in court? I must have missed the trial. This commentary adds needed perspective. Back to reality, no one has been tried, let alone convicted, yet.
CM PRESS: Ah, Robin, one does not get "convicted" in a civil case.
-----------------------------
Edward, readers want to know if you're the former Costa Mesa employee who retired in 1993, or if someone is just using your name? Let us know, will you?
-----------------------
Various of the other usual commenters who keep trying to muddy the waters to confuse readers about the horrible things done against Mayor Mensinger, Mayor Pro Tem Righeimer and Councilman Monahan continue on with their goofy comments as they try to defend the indefensible.
Focus on the facts, folks, focus on the facts: These are the most essential and widely known facts so far: The cop union hired a law firm that hired private eyes. One of the private eyes tailed then Mayor Righeimer and called in a false DUI report. A second private eye was inside Monahan's Restaurant with a good looking female decoy trying to entice Monahan. And, we also know that someone put a tracking device under then Mayor Pro Tem Mensinger's car.
Now there is a search for truth both in the civil court system and in the criminal court system. The reasonable way to proceed in both systems is to follow the money trail and to discover who knew what, when they knew it, and just how deep this activity against the three elected officials went.

WE NEED TO RESTORE CONFIDENCE IN THE CMPD
Many citizens no longer trust the CMPD.
They don't know which cops are good and which are bad.
The City CEO and top brass in the CMPD need to take a very strong stance against bad cops.
A simple apology to the three councilmembers and their families about the horror that they have endured and which they continue to endure is not enough.
A rotten apple can't be made unrotten. It has to be removed from the bushel or it will rot other apples.

BLACK "CIVIL RIGHTS' PROFITEERS AND LIBERAL MEDIA IN A MAD SCRAMBLE AGAINST A BACKLASH AGAINST BLACK VIOLENCE IN WAKE OF EXECUTION OF TWO COPS BY A BLACK AND GLEE FROM BLACKS ABOUT THE MURDERS
Maybe the execution killing of two cops in NYC will start to break the wall of silence of the MSM about the horrendously high number of murders of non-Blacks by Blacks that the CM PRESS has just given readers a tiny glimpse of over the past few months.
Folks, the essential element in the execution of these two cops is not that they were cops, but that the killer might have thought they were White, because they both had light skin. But even if he had the time to realize they were an Asian and a Hispanic, that probably wouldn't have deterred him since they were still not Black.
Had the two cops been Black, this puke probably would not have shot them.

98 NEW SPECIES OF BEETLES FOUND IN INDONESIA
Here's the most important paragraph in the above article: "Many of the species seem to live only in small populations in a single location, the researchers report. Because the beetles are small and can't fly, they very quickly become isolated from other clusters of bugs. So it doesn't take long for those little groups to evolve into completely different species."
In plain English and to generalize what the above paragraph means and its significance for humans, we can say: When organisms (including humans) are isolated from others of their species such that there is no or little gene flow, the isolated ones quickly evolve along a different path, diverge from the main species, and often become a new species.
This is how White humans evolved in Europe. We were essentially isolated from darker humans and had minimal gene flow from them. Those with beneficial mutations for the cold, wet, cloudy climates found in Europe then evolved along a different path than darker humans as natural selection worked to increase the number of those with the beneficial mutations in the population and reduce the number of those lacking these beneficial mutations. White skin that lets us produce more Vitamin D, than darker skin colors was just one of hundreds and hundreds of adaptations that we developed. Over the centuries, those better adapted to the conditions in Europe lived longer and produced more children with the beneficial mutations, and their gene frequencies increased in the population while the gene frequencies of those lacking the beneficial adaptations diminished.

TURKEY'S PRESIDENT SLAMS BIRTH CONTROL AS TREASON
Yup. A people dies off if they do not multiply themselves as themselves, by themselves with themselves exclusively. Humans are not fungible. You can't replace this type of human with another type and expect the same results.

MAINE-- BLACK KILLS A WHITE WOMAN AND HER TWO WHITE CHILDREN
Photos of the now dead White woman and her young now dead White children. As a parent, she had the responsibility to protect her children but she made the wrong choice in her life and in theirs. This is far too common a story.
Don't be like her.
The Obama administration is sending non-Whites to states that have been almost all White, and the result is that violent crime against Whites is increasing.
