Great Britain is now feeling the joys of the multiculture and diversity religion that the elites keep telling the ordinary people is wonderful.
The statistics from Great Britain are very similar to what we see in the U.S. How can that be? There was no slavery there. No KKK. No segregated lunch counters or schools.
Here's the answer: Genes are us and you and them and those over there also. It you want to understand the so-called human condition, you must start with genes. Are genes everything? Nope. But they are a very large part of the ways of all organisms, including humans.

QUICK READ ON BEHAVIORAL GENETICS
Genes are us.
We saw an argument from one of the flatworlders concerning genes, that went something like this:
"If you look at the statistics of those who commit certain crimes--say, stealing cars--and you see that because many individuals of a certain racial group are involved, are you saying that there is a car stealing gene?"
Now, dear reader, you probably realize that this person's argument is foolish.
No one says we have a car stealing gene. In fact, there also aren't genes for robbing homes or dog napping or breaking into buildings or anything similar. Our genes are much more basic than that and will cause some people to be risk adverse or more aggressive or more intelligent or slower to anger or less concerned about hurting others.

THE WRONG HEADED THINKING OF WENDY LEECE AND OTHER LOCAL LIBERALS
We've put this in many different ways, but we still think this makes the point best: Suppose you have a pond full of alligators near your home and the alligators are dangerous to you.
Leece would ask that the City hire ever more people to guard you from the alligators.A smarter response would be to drain the pond, and then the alligators would leave all on their own.
Don't get it?
Leece is constantly saying we should hire more cops.
It would be smarter to remove the habitats of the criminals--the slum buildings--and then the criminals would move away.
And, you don't have to pay pensions when you remove the slums--the source of the problem.

DAILY PILOT: COLUMN ON OUR EMPLOYEE PENSION BURDEN--PUT ON US BY PAST CITY COUNCILS--THAT NOW FALLS ON ALL RESIDENTS OR MAYBE JUST HOMEOWNERS IN COSTA MESA
For years, various City Councils in Costa Mesa have gone behind closed doors and out of sight of residents and negotiated sweet heart contracts with City employees. Then, we would often hear some of these City Council members burble about how wonderful our employees are and how we have the best employees in the whole state (yes, that's silly, how would one know that or even be able to compare them with employees in other cities).
Well, what they were negotiating behind closed doors and smiling and cooing about in public now has to be paid for by ordinary folks living in Costa Mesa.
We didn't negotiate the sweet heart contracts. We had no say in what was going on behind closed doors. Now, we're going to have to pay.
If you own a home, you may have to pay hundreds of dollars extra each year for the next 20 years to pay for the pensions that the City Councils have negotiated.
Or, maybe we'll all have to pay additional sales tax--also for 20 years.
Or, maybe we'll have to pay both or even more in other ways.
Meanwhile, the present City Council that is trying to solve the problem of the pension giveaway is STILL hiring more employees who are adding to the burden.

And, short sighted Wendy Leece is pushing to hire even more employees. It's almost as though Leece is giving us the Scarlett O'Hara line: "I can't think about that right now. If I do, I'll go crazy. I'll think about that tomorrow."
Anyway, be sure to read the above column for a primer on this subject.
