City can't run itself. White flight has left the whole city a slum with violent Black criminals doing pretty much what they want to do.
Maybe the state will find a way to force Whites to move back to Detroit--kind of like school busing.

What are the changes? Some slum buildings got a coat of paint. Ho hum. Folks, the slum neighborhoods in our city are functionally obsolete. This means that you can't fix them with paint.
Paint doesn't change them from crowded, barracks style apartments with too few modern amenities that will attract upwardly mobile people.

THE NRA FINDS A BLACK TO GIVE THEM COVER
Here's a sentence from the above linked article:
"The media is going to have a hard time stereotyping the National Rifle Association (NRA) after the organization just announced its latest contributor to NRA News."
Okay, so there are Blacks who are against gun control. We all know that.
But, there's something smarmy about the NRA--which is mostly composed of White people--putting this Black guy in the window in order to head off cries that it is mostly White people who are opposed to gun control.
This is just another example of weak seed, effete Whites hiding behind Blacks and other minorities to push various things, instead of just standing on their own two feet as fully functioning human beings capable to defending what it is they want without pretending that it isn't just a White thing.
We see the GOP and many conservatives doing this sort of thing all the time.
What can you call the attempts by weak seed Whites who seek such cover? Try "racism."
Be sure to read the comments after the above article to read effusive praise for this Black guy from people who are probably White. Smarmy, smarmy, smarmy.
These are the same types who will tell you that they don't notice skin color, but somehow they always do seem to notice skin color when a non-White agrees with their position.
And, they're always quick to pat the non-White on the head and encourage him, as they stand behind him and point at him and say: "See, we're not racists, we don't notice skin color, why, there's a Black guy in our window where the world can see him."
It was also this way with Colin Powell. Remember how all the conservatives and Republicans praised this guy to high heaven and put him in the window? Then, Powell stopped dancing to their tune and suddenly he was no longer their good Black. So they went in search of another good Black.
Of course the GOP is still looking for good non-Whites of all stripes, so if you are Latino or Black or Asian or maybe just have a heavy tan and can pass for non-White you may be able to audition for a role.
NB: The CM PRESS supports gun control (meaning learning to shoot correctly) and the NRA. What we are against is the phony and transparent PR crap that we see some weak seed Whites constantly coming up with to give them cover so they don't have to stand on their own two feet.
