Correctly points out that there isn't an epidemic of Whites killing Blacks--there is an epidemic of Blacks killing Blacks [and also, but he didn't say this, of Blacks killing Whites].

SECOND UPDATE ON MS STUDENT KILLINGS: First student shot and killed was White. The second student shot and killed was Black.  Suspects in shooting of the White student are described as three Black males.  No suspect description(s) are available for the shooting of the Black student. LINK

UPDATE ON MS STUDENT KILLING: War against Whites? Blogs are reporting that the student shot at MS State was White and his killers Black. 

There was also another killing of another student a few hours later at another MS university.  Blogs are also reporting (but we haven't confirmed this) that this student was also White and his killers Black.  Officials and the media appear to be trying to keep the lid on what may be anti-White racial attacks.  Most news stories are not describing either the killers or the victims, and are trying to localize the stories. This is typical when Whites are killed by Blacks. LINK

PHONY EGALITARIAN 'CONSERVATIVE' GOP WRITER FOR DAILY PILOT DOESN'T WANT NEWPORTERS TO BE ABLE TO CONTROL THEIR OWN NEIGHBORHOODS

Jack Wu figures those sneaky Newporters [read mostly White people] want to remove fire rings from Newport's beaches for racist reasons.  

Wu doesn't come right out and say that, and he uses code language about "elitists" as he calls on the Coastal Commission to overturn the Newport Beach City Council's decision to remove the fire rings.

However, Wu's code language breaks down when Wu gets near the end of his column and he gives us a comment from a reader from the Corona del Mar Today Website: "The inland gangs now control the once serene CdM beaches."

"Inland gangs"? Wu knows what that means, by golly. Mexicans. Yup. Wu then rants about a comment from a former Newport Councilman who once complained about Mexicans taking over all the grass near the beaches.

Wu, we see you.

The historical reality of Newport  Beach is that many homes were built close to the beaches and many of the streets are narrow and the parking is minimal.  What happens on the beaches doesn't stay on the beaches in Newport but directly impacts private property and those who live nearby.

Maybe, if we were going to design Newport Beach today, starting with bare land, we'd design it differently and put the homes far back from the beaches and make the roads wider.  But Newport grew organically and it is as it is. 

Many of the people who live in Newport want to be able to maintain a quality of life that they worked hard to be able to afford.  They want to be able to park in front of their own homes.  They want to be able to enjoy the beaches. They don't want to have smoke from the fire rings wafting into their homes.  They don't want to have kids burned on hot coals that many irresponsible people leave burning.

Hey Wu, put the fire rings or their equivalent in your own neighborhood and see how you like it before you start preaching to the folks in Newport Beach who have to put up with the problems relating to them in their neighborhoods.
