OUT OF TOWN UNION PAL WENDY LEECE AS SHE PREPARED TO VOTE AGAINST THE CITIZENS OF COSTA MESA LAST NIGHT
Just putting "In God We Trust" on the wall does not a conservative make.

VENEZIA DOESN'T UNDERSTAND LIBEL LAW
Hey Barbara, when you finish channeling Luci's red hair dye, have someone explain libel per se to you. You might also want to have someone explain a little about contract law and even fiduciary relationships.

OCEA AUDIT CLAIMS THERE ARE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS AVAILABLE FOR JOBS
Huh? Is the City supposed to spend all our money on employees instead of fixing things in the city?
Can't we use some of our money to fix streets, buy up slum buildings and do other things that will improve Costa Mesa?
It's time we drained the swamp instead of just hiring more people to clean it and try to keep the alligators in check.
Once the swamp is drained, the alligators will leave all on their own. They like swamps. Swamps attract them.

HOW TO RESTORE FAITH AND CONFIDENCE IN THE CMPD
Many citizens of Costa Mesa no longer have much faith or confidence in the CMPD.
What can the CMPD do to regain the faith and confidence of the citizens of Costa Mesa?
--It can vow to keep the cops out of our local politics and to ask the cop unions to stop endorsing candidates and giving them money.
--It can stop cops from helping illegal aliens feel comfortable in Costa Mesa. At last night's meeting, a guy who works with a charity in the Shalimar slum praised the CMPD for sending officers to schmooze with suspected illegal aliens in the slum.
--It can encourage more cops--including the chief and top brass--to actually live here in Costa Mesa and become our neighbors and important parts of our community. We don't need cops who act like an invading force.
--It can have cops actually respond to quality of life calls instead of clearing the calls with "unable to locate" (which is often a lie).
--It can get rid of the haters and bigots in the department. Many of these can be located by properly using their hate filled comments in the Daily Pilot. Clearly, some of these haters and bigots have psychological problems and need to be shown the door.
There's more, but the above five suggestions would go a long way to regaining the trust and confidence of the citizens of Costa Mesa.

CITY COUNCIL CONTINUES TO TAKE BACK CITY FROM OUT OF TOWNERS--APPROVES CUTS AND BUDGET
Once again last night, the four good Councilmembers--Monahan, Righeimer, Bever and Mensinger--showed that they can't be intimidated or bought off to keep making Costa Mesa the ATM machine for out of town union types.
Leece, as usual, voted for the out of towners. Poor Wendy has turned into a complete shill for out of towners and she looks more and more foolish with each City Council meeting.
Also, as expected, the usual boorish haters and bigots were in the audience trying to intimidate the Council.
The haters and bigots lost. The citizens of Costa Mesa won.

CM Press, did you watch the meeting? I did. Towards the end, OCEA completely imploded. Their plan of savings is all questionable accounting stuff. They want us to post bonds to pay down our pension liability. Their budget gal couldn't articulate their points and actually distanced herself from the report. Mr. Mensinger went right after her, followed by Righeimer, and Bever. Then Collin McCarthy from the tax group put down the final shot by asking where the waste was. He makes a good point. "I'm a waste watcher" WHAT!!! I laughed so hard. OCEA got destroyed last night. They are so DONE in this town.
ReplyDeleteBy far, the biggest whiners of the night were Robin Lefler, Reggie Mundekis, Cindy Brennerman and Sandy Genis. Nothing new there. Closely following their act were Greg Ridge (lying as usual), Sue Lester, Karen Alf, Beth Refrackus, Katrina Foley, amongst many others. These whiners do nothing but elongate our city council meetings with meaningless verbiage, lies, utter hate, and sick thoughts. Anything to get attention. As usual, none of them had a single constructive comment. Just looking for their 15 minutes of fame in front of the camera.
ReplyDeleteI don't know how our city council and city manager tolerate the torture. They may have to listen to all of that utter nonsense, but thank God they are able to think for themselves. And Jim, there was absolutely no need to apologize to Robin. Her remarks were way off base. Robin should have been the one doing the apologizing for all the nasty remarks she makes at each, and every meeting. She was upset because she realized she had been hoodwinked by the union.
That OCEA audit was a complete waste of money, and the biggest joke of the evening.
Greg Ridge needs to grow up some. I think he has good intentions but doesn't have a clue how to deal with people in a civil manner.
ReplyDeleteIt wouldn't surprise me if he knows who is behind the attack on Monahan's bar or Mensinger's home.
Greg Ridge, aka Gericault, is a full blown psychopath. He is an embarrassment to his wife, his children and the entire city of Costa Mesa. Greg has an intense need to lie constantly, and to libel and defame as many people as possible on any given day. One must assume it makes him feel "important" and "sanctimonious", and he is neither!
ReplyDeleteGreg undoubtedly knows a lot about the damages to Monahan and Mensinger's properties, as well as the death of Huy Pham. He seems to have nothing to do both day and night. I can't help but wonder who supports his family. Last night he claimed to have bought a house on the Westside, but I don't think his name is on the title of the house he lives in.
What a creep!
