This is the citizen committee that makes recommendations to the City Council about which non-profits should get your money. This committee should be a junk yard dog watching your money and making sure it only goes to non-profits that look like Costa Mesa, but it isn't.
Citizens can attend the meeting and can speak for three minutes.
