WHITE SELF-HATERS SILENT ABOUT THINGS LIKE THIS. WHY?
If the Daily Pilot ran a column by a White guy who was chairman of, say, the White 100, you could expect to see the usual dimwitted self-hating Whites filling the comment section with cries of racism, yet they are silent over the above linked column which is about a Hispanic who is chairman of the the Hispanic 100.
We are told that the Hispanic 100 "works to advance free-enterprise principles within the Hispanic community through advocacy and educational activities."
Of course, there is no White 100 which "works to advance free-enterprise principles within the White community through advocacy and educational activities." "Why, that would be racist and White Supremacist, and bigoted and neo-Nazi and wanting to kill 6 million Jews and we all bleed red blood and we're all human and all we need is love [and no more Whites]."
In fact, the Pilot probably wouldn't run a column if "White" were substituted for Hispanic and if there were such a White group. How do I know this? Because the Pilot refused to run my column about there being no White Legislative Caucus up in Sacramento while there are Hispanic, Black, Asian-Pacific Islander and even Jewish Legislative Caucuses in Sacramento.
Are you catching on yet, Whitey? When are you going to ditch universal ethics and start thinking about White interests as other groups think about their interests?

False belief: The good councilmembers are bad for Costa Mesa.
Reality: The good councilmembers are good for Costa Mesa because under their watch the city is improving and anyone with eyes and a brain knows it.
Conflict: False belief vs. reality.
Resolution of the conflict in the minds of some of the haters to overcome their cognitive dissonance: "Well, there are no real improvements. The new homes look ugly to me. They're too expensive. No one will buy them. Families won't live in them. They're too dense. There's too much traffic. The developers benefit."
The truth: Costa Mesa is improving under the good councilmembers. The new homes are attractive. People are buying them as fast as they are built. The new homeowners are helping improve some distressed neighborhoods simply by their presence and their higher income levels. Period. And, this isn't a matter of opinion. It is a fact.

What the above article doesn't talk about is cognitive dissonance in false memories. What happens is that if you have internalized a strong belief that White cops hate Blacks and shoot them for no reason and you see an incident such as the one described above, you tend to go with your preconceived internalized belief to make sense of what you witness rather than what you may actually witness. To do otherwise puts you in that "Does not compute," state and you have anxiety to conform what you see to your internalized beliefs.
