Want to wipe Whites off the face of the Earth? And, many people openly call for this.
Just flood White lands with non-Whites, convince Whites that there are no racial differences (tell them to deny their lying eyes, science, statistics, evolution, and reason) and work to keep the White birthrate low.
Then, when young Whites come of age they'll find the gene pool full of non-Whites, but few Whites, to choose from, and be more likely to commit bedroom genocide.
This happened on a smaller scale in Jamaica with the "German" colony. A group of "pure" Germans settled there. Now, the "Germans" are all non-White. Today there are a bunch of Blacks with German surnames. That's all that remains of most of the White Germans: their surnames now occupied by Blacks.
China/Tibet
The same genocidal method is being done in Tibet by the Chinese. The Chinese have put in a high speed train to Tibet and they're flooding Tibet with Chinese people--specifically Han Chinese. Give it a few years and there will be no more Tibetans left.

Speciation
A race is another term for subspecies. A subspecies is part of a species that is on its way to full speciation if certain things happen. The most important thing that must happen for speciation to occur is to have no gene flow. If there is gene flow, the subspecies blends back in with the larger population and ceases to exist.
Remember, race is to human as breed is to dog as variety is to rose.

You know those B movies where the local White civic leaders, in small towns with a lake that draws tourists, try to hide the danger that lurks in the lake in the form of monsters? Well, that's what is going on in Baltimore now. And, the monsters are roaming the streets looking for White victims.
Blacks are shooting three or four people per day in Baltimore and there have been more than 50 shootings since the Black riots last month.

In the above linked article you'll read about pensions and debt, but what you won't read is something that is PC unmentionable but is in the minds of those who rate cities--Chicago is bedimming less White and may follow Baltimore into the sewer.
The naive and stupid among us might try to deny that race has anything to do with the condition of cities, but the reality is that it is the major factor now that Whites are becoming a minority. When Whites were in a majority in cities, one didn't have to give race much weight in various considerations, but those days are gone.
Next up, Moody's is expect to downgrade the credit rating of the schools in Chicago. Same hidden reason as I wrote above.
The single most revealing statistic as to the quality of cities or schools is race.
