Blood is thicker than ideologies...except among brainwashed Whites who seem to be on a group suicide mission as they try to pretend that their self-hating aracialism is what other races/ethnicities really also want.
We especially see this among YAF type Republicans who always try to put a racial or ethnic minority in the window and who they then puff up to show that they (the White YAFers) are aracial and lack any sense of racial identity. It always backfires on them, as the non-Whites they put in the window usually revert to form and tell the aracial White twits to take a hike.
The best policy is to be who you were born to be and stop denying it. True happiness in life comes from knowing who you are and being who you are.

Don't be baffled, Sir David. Happiness is being who and what you are born to be and just feeling comfortable in your own skin and having a feeling that the world is okay right where you are.
Happiness is subjective and often requires finding the essential elements that make you happy while overlooking the non-essentials that put a drag on that happiness.
Imagine it this way, as just one example. Say you argue with a significant other and that significant other leaves. Are you then happier by that person's absence or are you less happy? Only you know the answer. Was the argument over something that is less important than that person's presence in your life such that you can overlook what was argued about? In other words, are you happier when that person is around or not? Only you know the answer. No one else does. And, you know it in your gut.
