The U.S., as more evidence that our country is turning into a Third World nation, gave up its plans for a large collider a few years ago and simply filled in the trench down in Texas where the project had been started.
When you replace a First World population with a Third World one, you don't lift up the Third World population that is taking over, you fall to a Third World level. People matter. People are not fungible. Genes matter.
