EBOLA CONFIRMED IN TEXAS

The Authorities have not yet identified the person with Ebola, but have said the he or she  came from Liberia on September 19, and arrived in Texas on September 20.

The Ebola infected person started feeling sick while in the U.S. and was finally admitted to the hospital on September 28.

Now, the CDC is trying to track down everyone who came in contact with this patient, and presumably also the people who came in contact with the people who came in contact with this patient and presumably...you get the picture.

The CDC is trying to minimize the possible risks to prevent panic, but panic may be in order.  It is possible that there are now thousands of people who have been infected by this U.S.  Patient Zero not only people in the U.S. but also people in other countries who may have come into contact with airline passengers from the plane that this individual was on to get to the U.S.

It appears that the PR types in the CDC are making a rapid response attempt to calm fears in the U.S. by issuing a press release today saying that populous Nigera, with fast and proper action has stopped Ebola HERE.  "See, Edith, there's nothing to worry about. Why if the Nigerians can stop Ebola, so can we."

MUST READ COLUMN BY MAYOR RIGHEIMER IN THE DAILY PILOT

As always, Mayor Righeimer shows that he is able to clearly and concisely communicate  important points.

And, the points he communicates in this latest short column are important ones for all Costa Mesans: reduced crime, city wide improvements and a revitalized Westside that is becoming a great part of our city after decades of it sliding down hill.

Although the mayor doesn't directly take credit for all the good things happening in Costa Mesa, he deserves such credit.  He has been the spark plug that has made things happen.

2,100 MARINES TO BE SENT TO KUWAIT

The Obama administration continues to pretend there will be no boots on the ground to fight IS.

Marines are not Seabees. They are not medical personnel. They are not designed to hold ground or to stay back of the lines.

BLACK OKLAHOMA BEHEADING SUSPECT 'DIDN'T LIKE WHITE PEOPLE"

Neo-Cons were trying to get everyone to believe this puke was just motivated because he's Muslim--to ramp up hatred of Islam--but my contention from the start has been that his primary identity is Black, and Muslim is a secondary identity, and that he was motivated more by his hatred of Whites.

Now, my contention is being shown to be correct.

This was a Black vs. White hate crime based on race.
