ELEANOR EGAN--THERE'S A SLAPP APPEAL 

Scroll down to Egan's comment and you'll see Egan implying that the mayor doesn't want to issue subpoenas in his case against the cop union, because, perhaps, in Egan's mind, he might learn something that goes against his case.

Actually, the cop union is claiming that the lawsuit is a SLAPP. And, this contention is now waiting to be heard in a higher court.

Until, the issue is decided, the mayor's hands are pretty much tied as far as meaningful discovery goes.

TOP RESEARCHER: EBOLA COULD SPREAD LIKE THE FLU (MEANING AIRBORNE)

We wrote about this possibility before.  Lately, people linked to the Obama administration are trying to deny this possibility. They're wrong and they're just trying to tamp down any panic and they're trying to make it seem okay to send our young military personnel into the fever swamp that is Africa.

Viruses mutate very quickly as their DNA codes "try" to find a way over, under, through or around obstacles to their expansion.

While it may seem that killing your hosts is not a very good survival strategy for a virus, one has to remember that it is not the individual virus or even trillions of individual units of the virus that "want" to expand their kind. It is the DNA code that they carry within them that wants to expand.  The virus as an organism made by the DNA code is simply the means to spread that DNA code. If a successful survival strategy is to kill humans who are trying to kill it and then leap to other humans and keep leaping, then that's what the virus will "try" to do.  It can afford to sacrifice billions of individual viruses as it tries to expand.

So, how will it become airborne, if at all?  In the usual way. Random mutations will arise that will give those with the mutations various capabilities.  One of those capabilities may be to go airborne like the flu virus.  If that particular mutation gives a survival advantage to those viruses with the mutation, over time they will replace other versions of the virus and continue to spread through the air. And, if that happens, we may see a massive world wide plague.

DOCTORS SAY IT IS IRRESPONSIBLE TO SEND OUR MILITARY PERSONNEL TO FIGHT EBOLA

Right.  And, most of those sent, as is the case in every military situation, will be young White guys who have not yet had children and who may die and thus be broken links in their family's line, wiping out not only themselves, but family lines that go back to the start of life itself.  And, some of them may come back and infect many others in the U.S.

If doctors, with state of the art medical knowledge and equipment and able to cover themselves from head to toe and who have the best disinfectant chemicals available, are getting Ebola, what chance do our 19 and 20 year old military people have of not getting it?

Hey, what does the White Caucus say about that?  Oh right, there is no White Caucus.  No one represents Whites as Whites or White interests.  Instead, we get a bunch of weak seed sissy Whites too afraid to even order a can of white paint at the hardware store for fear they'll be called racists.

And, here locally in Costa Mesa we have our own small group of weak-seed Whites--they're a small group of dead enders, cowards, girly men and self haters who lack self esteem and who hide behind their computers and call others names.  What a bunch of disgusting sissified sad sacks who have too little testosterone and too much estrogen--look at some of them and you'll see this reflected in their faces and bodies.  No Adam's apples, soft features, no jutting bones, girl styled hair-dos, squishy soft flesh, doe eyes, squeaky little voices, wimpy and wet handshakes.  They're all about feelings.  Barf.

And then, this:  ''About 40 activists, friends and others welcomed Bravo home at a news conference amid banners reading "'Not one more deportation.'"  "Toward the end of the event, two Costa Mesa patrol cars rolled up in response to a noise complaint."

"'You guys aren't making much noise,'" one officer said. "'You're exercising your First Amendment rights.'"

So, is the U.S. a nation of laws and does the CMPD enforce our laws?  Is the CMPD back to the bad old days when they did everything they could to make illegal aliens comfortable in Costa Mesa and especially on the Westside?

Illegal is illegal.
