It's time that Costa Mesa set its own course just as many other cities do.
Why in the world Costa Mesa has remained a general law city for so long, given the size of our population, is a mystery.
Maybe it was just the path of least resistance. If so, that path has now become the path of greatest resistance and we need to take the steps to become a charter city.
The CM PRESS says the City Council should do whatever it takes to change to a charter city as quickly as possible.

The world would be outraged if this were to occur. Isn't that why the United Nations was formed--to stop nations from just attacking other nations justified by all sorts of usually trumped up excuses?
Such an attack can lead to a wider conflict in which many innocent people in other nations die for no reason.
So, why is there no outrage when Israel constantly talks about launching a pre-emptive strike against Iran?

We were giving Cain the benefit of the doubt until he tried to hide behind the "racially motivated" claim.

Not enough jobs and money for Greeks themselves, yet lefty politicians keep giving them the Greek versions of "diversity is our strength," and "we're a nation of immigrants."

However, the four good Councilmembers out-voted Leece and smoking in most parks in the city will be outlawed.
Leece has become a bitter and pathetic contrarian on just about every issue. She is apparently still pissed off that not only will she never become Mayor, she was also booted out of her Mayor-ProTem spot.
The fact is that no one on the right who has really watched Wendy trusts her. She'll promise things and then go back on them and do a tap dance of phony justfications.
Add in Wendy's well known religious proclivities and you have one very confused and internally conflicted woman who tries to convince herself that not keeping her word is somehow okay.

Standard operating procedure by the establishment is to hide the race/ethnicity of either the victim or the attacker when the victim is White and the attacker is non-White.
In this case, since the victim is described as White, no description of the killer is given, even though there are cameras in the store and people witnessed the killing and a suspect was detained.
Considering the above, and given the location of this store, there is a high probability that this was another anti-White hate crime that the police and the press will cover up by saying that no motive is known.
Don't be a victim by being lulled into false ideas about the brotherhood of man. Know the odds in life and play them.
