THE SAD STATE OF AMERICAN LAWS AND FREEDOM

You can live with many women at the same time and they can all have children by you.  No problem as long as you don't claim that you are married to them. 

However, if you live with more than one woman and say you are married to all of them, even though you aren't really legally married to any but one of them, you can be sent to jail for bigamy.

What would happen, we wonder, if you are gay and you "marry" more than one member of the same sex at the same time?  Bigamy?   

Or, what if you are male and you marry several transgender males who dress like women but who are physically male, or, maybe some, but not all, have had sex change operations?

Or, what if you are male and you marry a transgender man who dresses like a woman but you also say you are married to a woman at the same time?

Add your own twists and you'll see how absurd the laws on these things have become.

What's really going on in the above linked story is persecution of the FLDS people because of their religion.  The bigamy charges are just part of that persecution.

THE CM PRESS IS STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER FROM THE CITY ABOUT HOW MANY ILLEGAL ALIENS THE CMPD TURNED OVER TO ICE IN THE PAST SIX MONTHS

If we don't get an answer, you can count on us being at the next City Council meeting, where we will be sure to ask the Council the same question during public comments.

CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS BACKS A...BLACK (surprised?)...IN THE 44TH DISTRICT

The candidate's qualifications?  Why, she's Black.  Get it?

Will the Congressional White Caucus back a White?  Of course not.  As we wrote below, there is no such thing as a Congressional White Caucus.  Why, harrumph, that would be, ah, racist. 

Meanwhile, since the 44th District also has a large number of Hispanics, will the Congressional Hispanic Caucus back a Hispanic?   Yes, there is such a caucus. And, you know they'll back a Hispanic if they back anyone.

Yup, it's only Whites who aren't supposed to have any organizations that support White interests.  And, any Whites who do support White interests are called, as we saw in a message we received from an anonymous self-hating brainiac, or anti-White bigot, "rasists (sic)."

TOO WHITE TO STUDY MEDICINE

White student with good grades was admitted to college when they thought she was non-White, but was told she couldn't study there when it was discovered that she was--oh no! horrors!--White.

Folks, if you haven't caught on to all the anti-White discrimination that is going on around the planet, then you're just not reading enough.  And, it's also happening in a big way right here in the U.S. and in California.

If you're White you probably want to complain to the Congressional White Caucus, right?  Sorry, there isn't one.  Try the Black Caucus.  There is one of those and too many dimwitted Whites actually think that's fine, while they'd condemn a White Caucus.  Call it self-negation and a lack of a healthy sense of personal and group identity.

I've written it before. Whites, today, are very much in the same psychological condition that Blacks were in before Rosa Parks refused to give up her bus seat.  When she wouldn't get out of her seat and it was reported in the press, many Blacks made fun of her and thought she was a troublemaker. They had been conditioned to not question the orthodoxy of that day and had internalized a negative view of themselves. 

Well, the new orthodoxy today is similar to that, but now it's Whites who are expected to ride in the back of the bus and too many Whites go along with such crap.

Fortunately, we think the psychological prison that has been keeping Whites from asserting themselves as the distinct people that they are is starting to fail.

The New York Times may think this is something new, but the CM PRESS has been saying this for some time in the context that it is the Democrat Party that already has abandoned not just the White working class but Whites generally.

END OF DUI CHECKPOINTS--AN ILLEGAL ALIEN FRIENDLY MOVE?

As close readers of the CM PRESS know, the DUI checkpoints in Costa Mesa don't remove that many drunks from the road, but what they do remove are many unlicensed drivers along with unregistered and uninsured vehicles.

Who is most likely to be unlicensed and to be driving unregistered and uninsured vehicles?

Illegal aliens.

So, the elimination of the DUI checkpoints may increase the number of unlicensed illegal aliens driving uninsured, unregistered vehicles on our streets.  And, if one of them hits you, you get to pay since you have the insurance.

With the DUI checkpoints  there are tow trucks nearby to get the unlawful vehicles off our streets, but with saturation patrols we wonder if the cops will take the time to call tow trucks when they find an unlicensed driver or a vehicle with no insurance or registration.
