THE DEPARTMENT OF FUTURE CRIME

DHS designing algorithms to predict who may commit crimes.  Factors such as ethnicity, gender, etc. to be used.

The CM PRESS would love to see the algorithms for this, but because race/ethnicity will have to be heavily weighted in the finished products you can bet the algorithms will be kept secret. 

Say, that's just like the CMPD hiding the race/ethnicity of violent criminal suspects when they're not White so the public will mistakenly think that violent crime is an equal opportunity employer.

GRASS FIRE DOUSED AT TALBERT PARK

Above linked article is silent as to the cause of the fire.  However, as the weather cools, some of the homeless people who live in the park may be trying to keep warm at night with camp fires.  Just our speculation, though.
