What do all these stories about bad cops say? Just that there are good cops and bad cops.
Those low I.Q. types in the citizenry who reflexively praise "THE POLICE" as though all cops are the same and as though all are, by dint of being police officers, spotless saints, need to understand that there are good cops and bad cops on every police force and the bad ones--often with psychological problems--need to be weeded out before they use their authority to harm citizens and before they cause citizens to lose faith in the police department where they work.
