Planning Commission meeting last night
The CM PRESS suggested to the Planning Commission that it is time to start upgrading the appearance of Baker Street from Fairview to around Babb as this is a main arterial through our city and is the first impression that many folks get of Costa Mesa.
Specifically, we suggested that the cinder block wall along the north side of Baker Street could be refaced to have a more modern look. We also told the commission that while this is a private wall owned by the owners of the property on the other side of the wall, the beauty face of the wall faces Baker and the city should do what is necessary to improve the appearance of it.
We also suggested that the city should but in a barrier median in the middle of Baker Street for a short distance by the exit of the 7-11 store at 1097 Baker Street because even though after our last complaint a painted median was put in, drivers still leave via that exit and cross westbound lanes of traffic in order to drive eastbound, and this puts their cars directly aimed at cars in the turn pocket for eastbound cars turning onto Coolidge and thus creating a potential danger.
Expect to see the CM PRESS at many more meetings of the Planning Commission and the City Council as we continue to seek improvement of the north part of Costa Mesa as we have sought improvement of the Westside and other parts of the city in our long term rolling and constant improvement.
We want to see some action and a higher priority given to the north part of Costa Mesa.
Disgusting porker at the meeting
The disgusting low consciousness dimwit was there and has now mentioned me in his hate blog with his usual ham handed attempts at smears. 
Ignore lonely old people who have no stake in the future of Costa Mesa but who try to have the future conform to their wishes. It is those with children whose children will live here who should be listened to--these are the ones with a stake in the future of Costa Mesa.
Life is short. Make more like yourself from yourself. You go into the future with your children.

With a confidence level of 80% to 90%, scientists are able to predict the obesity rate of cities based solely on the amount of the particular bacteria found in the sewage of a city.
It's dirty work, but like going to city meetings and being in the presence of a truly disgusting person, someone has to do it.

Some weak seed Whites think it's racist to link to stories about Blacks attacking, raping and murdering Whites.
The reality is that Whites need to know the truth in order to be on their guard. It might save their lives.
You may recall that a young, pregnant new bride in Costa Mesa, who had just moved into an apartment near OCC, naively opened her door to a Black who raped and killed her and her unborn child. Would she have been so naive if she knew the odds? Would she still be alive and bringing up her child if she knew the truth and had acted accordingly?
Don't let the anti-White weak seed Whites lull you into a false sense of security. It's your life. Protect it. Do profile.
