We just saw an announcement from some guy named Tony Capitelli, who apparently just fell out of bed and has decided to run for the Costa Mesa city council.

The guy sounds like a Leece clone as he praises charities and his church, blah, blah, blah.  He then tells voters that he needs their help; and his most important request is for prayers. Prayers? That's what he says.

AGENDA FOR AUGUST 22 PARKS AND RECREATION COMMISSION MEETING

The PRC is the second of the two commissions we have in Costa Mesa.  Just as with the Planning Commission, the PRC often serves as the farm team for future City Council candidates.
