It doesn't work anyplace where it is tried. Why? Because it is based on false premises about the nature of humans.
One of these major false premises is the one that is tacitly held by many White people, to wit, that all humans are really White people under different paint jobs and if there are any differences (often seen in statistical analyses of behaviors and capabilities) that it is because of White racism.
As you'll hear and see in the above linked video, immigrants in Sweden don't want to be Swedes (read they don't want to be Whites) and they don't want to be part of Swedish society (read White society). The immigrants have set up their own ghettos and treat any Swedes (again, read Whites) who enter these ghettos as interlopers in these mini non-White little ghetto nations within a nation.
The same thing is happening in Great Britain, Germany, France, Italy, Ireland and other European nations.
It is also happening in Israel, but Israel is now deporting non-Jewish immigrants--who are mostly Blacks from Africa.
