BREAKING NEWS 9:20 PM--CITY COUNCIL SELECTS COVEN TO BREW A CHARTER

A short time ago, the City Council selected the 13 citizens who are supposed to write a City Charter.

We got one of those B'rer Rabbit moments again when we heard the happy cheers from the obstructionists in the audience when one of their own was selected.

Can they be so dim witted that they don't understand that having one of their fellow obstructionists in the coven on the committee will help ensure that it succeeds this time?

CITY COUNCIL AGENDA FOR TONIGHT'S MEETING

Full agenda.  The meeting could run late as the usual pathetic malcontents and improvement obstructionists will probably want to babble about the selection process for charter writers.
