TODAY
John Reger, who writes restaurant reviews for the almost daily Daily Pilot, has this gem in his column today:
"For us gringos smart enough to venture over there [a restaurant on Costa Mesa's Westside], we are treated to the same fantastic Mexican food that the locals get."
Gee, John, there probably aren't as many gringos around these parts as smart as you. Might be a few beaners, slopes, niggers, pollocks, kikes, fags and gooks who are smarter though.
You see, John, members of all those groups are smart enough to rightfully resent being called any of those names. So why, John, do you think it's okay to use a similar offensive pejorative for white people?

Just in case the folks at the almost daily Daily Pilot need their consciousness and sensitivity, and shall we say, ah, tolerance raised just a little, here's the entry from the on line, Free Dictionary about this anti-white hate term:
grin·go (grngg)
n. pl. grin·gos Offensive Slang
Used as a disparaging term for a foreigner in Latin America, especially an American or English person. LINK
