The new sperm is changed and modified by both the external and internal environments so that new babies may gain a survival advantage when conditions change.
Women, on the other hand, develop their eggs all at one time in their lives and the eggs are apportioned out during their child bearing years. This gives the genetic code some stability.
As you know, the male contributes 23 chromosomes to a new baby, and the female contributes 23. One might say that the male 23 are the wild ones that bring change, and the female 23 are the stable ones that resist change.
Human males account for most of the mutations that occur in new babies of the species, and the above explains why and how this is the case.

Last year Sandra Genis went to the Huntington Beach City Council to sabotage the negotiations between Costa Mesa and Huntington Beach regarding animal control, outsourcing, ABLE and Management Partners. Watch these videos and you will know what I mean.
The idea of this person running for City Council after going out of her way to betray an entire city shows unbelievable nerve and lack of character. Anyone who really cares about his/her city just does not do this. Genis was an embarrassment to the entire city and threw her entire city under the bus for all our neighbors to watch. For what reason, I don't know and now she thinks she should be its leader? She apparently has a deep rooted hatred for the council, our form of city government and has exhibited extremely poor judgment.
The reality is if Genis were to get elected, we would be faced with four years of her liberal ideas, annoying sarcasm (which she wrongly confuses with wit) and a history of holding back progress. She is the worst choice imaginable for our city. Any other candidate would be a much better choice.
