Another great opportunity to go and tell the City Council that they should be trying to thin out the slums in this city.

And, if you do go, you may want to tell Flopsy Foley that you're tired of her pretending that the Mission-Mendoza slum, in her Mesa del Mar neighborhood--where there have been at least two murders and at least one drive-by shooting--doesn't exist. Oh, and don't forget to tell her that her photo op of planting flowers in the slum a couple of years ago hasn't helped with the slum and gang conditions.
