Compare Costa Mesa to the other cities and especially to Irvine that needs 12,149 more low income units.

Newport isn't on this chart because its population is below 100,000.

So why are the anti-improvement kooks pushing to have Costa Mesa have more low income housing?  Do they want to drive Costa Mesa to become a new skid row?
