CITY HALL WOULD MAKE A GREAT CLASSROOM BUILDING FOR VANGUARD UNIVERSITY
That's a thought that must have crossed many minds as Vanguard University continues to grow and could use a larger campus. In fact, the whole civic center area including the police station would be great additions to Vanguard. N'est ce pas?
