Have you noticed that some of the most vociferous and foul haters here in Costa Mesa are elderly and have never had children? Some of them are on their last legs and already have a foot and half in the grave.
So what motivates them to hate Mayor Righeimer, Mayor Pro Tem Mensinger and Councilmember Monahan? One motivation is that they're bitter and lonely and are now, perhaps for the first time in
So, these bitter and lonely old dried up husks now strike out at the living and those full of the life force who do have a stake in the future of Costa Mesa.
Don't listen to the dead enders. They have no stake in Costa Mesa. It will be you and your children and your children's children who will have to live with what is done today--and the haters are just trying to get in their last negative insults on the way out the door into their eternal non-existence. Good riddance to haters.
Keep the improvement going in Costa Mesa so your children and your children's grandchildren will live in a nice, safe city with a high quality of life. This means we have to attract upwardly mobile people here and not dead enders who are nature's most disgusting dregs of the Earth.

Folks, that was exactly where Costa Mesa was heading when the Improvers became active back in the late '90's.
Liberal Democrats Humphrey and Foley know absolutely nothing about real estate, or how you steer a city to become a nicer place. They are know nothings and the council has constantly been full of such know nothings.
How do these know nothings operate? They go to the city council meetings and staff puts things in front of them that they then rubber stamp. That's it. They have no knowledge, no experience and no wisdom. They do not understand cause and effect and they just let the city slide downhill while they scratch their butts and smile at voters and pretend they listen to concerns.
Costa Mesa started improving when we started electing people to the council who do understand cause and effect and who do know how to actually improve a city.
A vote for Foley and Humphrey is a vote for more crime in Costa Mesa and a return to the bad old days.
DON'T LET THE LEFTIES DESTROY COSTA MESA AND MAKE IT LIKE SANTA ANA OR ANAHEIM WHERE LITTLE KIDS ARE SHOT TO DEATH WHEN THEY'RE PLAYING OUTSIDE THEIR HOMES.
Folks, it's not about having more police officers. You can't put cops on every block. It's about attracting the type of people to your city who do not do drive by shootings and who are not violent criminals. To do that you have to have the housing they want--Mayor Righeimer and the good council members understand this and they're attracting upwardly mobile, productive citizens to the city by making Costa Mesa the place they want to be and not the place they want to flee.
Don't let the haters and the PC morons fool you; IT IS PEOPLE WHO MAKE A CITY WHAT IT IS. If you took all the people from the best neighborhoods in Costa Mesa and put them in the worst neighborhoods in Anaheim and Santa Ana, and took those people from Anaheim and Santa Ana and put them in Costa Mesa, the worst neighborhoods in Anaheim and Santa Ana would immediately become the safest neighborhoods and the best neighborhoods in Costa Mesa would suddenly be the worst neighborhoods. PEOPLE MATTER.

Planes, trains and automobiles, Ebola is finding a way to spread itself.
Thanks to his misplaced compassion in going to Africa, he has now possibly infected his fiancee, others close to him, and possibly many other people who rode on the subway with him.
The danger is increased if he rode the subway during its most crowded times; that's when the cars are standing room only and cheek to jowl. You simply can't avoid germs at those times.
Meanwhile, the authorities are trying to tamp down panic with their usual duck and cover talk.

Huh? "He was exposed to four people."? How about "He exposed four people"?
And, in addition, this is just nonsense as the guy rode the subway and went bowling, etc. So, he potentially exposed many more people directly and then they may be exposing many more.
