They want to know how such a shoddy piece of political propaganda was put together and sent to police agencies across the country.

We saw similar trash used in a demonstration by a Costa Mesa Police Officer at a mandatory assembly at Costa Mesa High School a couple of years ago. We used the California Public Records Act to see the whole disgusting presentation.

Also, this type of garbage seems to be at least partly behind a report put together by the CMPD about gangs in Costa Mesa that concluded there are no white gangs in Costa Mesa but which then went out of its way to avoid stating the fact that all of the gangs in Costa Mesa are Latino.

In fact, as we've reported previously, the report didn't once use the terms "Latino," "Hispanic," "immigrants," " illegal aliens," "non-whites," so that a casual reader of the report would only read about "whites" and might not realize that they were the only ethnicity mentioned in the report and that they're not the source of the gangs that are terrorizing our streets and helping keep the Westside as slum central.
