The astro-turf rally was to thank the CMPD and the CMFD. Why? Because, we all know that the police and firefighters are all doing us a favor and are working for free for the citizens of Costa Mesa, right?
Oh, you mean they get great salaries and super benefits? You mean they're just doing what we pay them to do and they're not doing us any favors for being given the opportunity to work for us? It is the citizens of Costa Mesa who should be thanked by the police and fire fighters for letting them work here, especially after the attempts by these unionized employees to get puppets elected to the city council and especially given the fact that one of the unions is being sued.
Lets see the cops and firefighters line up with signs thanking the citizens of Costa Mesa for letting them work here.

AND INSIDE CITY HALL AT THE CITY COUNCIL MEETING...
When a woman had the floor and was complaining about two CMPD cops to the council, this woman had turned slightly toward the audience as she was speaking.
Foley, who was supported by the CMPD and CMFD unions in her run for the council, then interrupted her and loudly barked "Speak to the Council." This was extremely rude and was a breach of protocol.
It is not Foley who runs the meetings but Mayor Mensinger. Foley should have been told to shut up.
If a councilmember wishes to speak, the proper protocol is for the councilmember to address the mayor. Foley, should have said: "Mr. Mayor, the speaker should address the council." Foley should not have stepped on the mayor's toes and be rude to the speaker.
And, after the woman finished speaking, Foley screwed up her face in a disgusted look as she stared at the City CEO, as though he's her chum, and then she rudely raised her arms in the air with her palms up as if to say "That was ridiculous,"

FOLEY WHINES AGAIN ABOUT TWO BURGLARIES OF HER HOME
A little later in last night's meeting, Foley whined about her home being burglarized twice.
Foley lives in the Mesa del Mar neighborhood. Mesa del Mar would be one of the finest neighborhoods in all of Costa Mesa but for one fact: It has one of the largest slums--the Mission-Mendoza slum within its boundaries. It is this slum that is the source of the crime in Foley's neighborhood.
What has Foley done about the slum? Well, because she has a lefty brain, she once organized a hugathon where she and some other goody-two-shoes walked from their nearby homes to the slum and planted some flowers in front of the slum buildings and painted a couple of fences. Then they hugged and smiled for a photo op and when the cameras were turned off they headed back to their homes before it got dark.
What Foley and the council should be doing is thinning out this and other slums. Period. Buy up and raze some of the buildings. Shrink the slum. Put in pocket parks or even just more parking. The buildings are overcrowded. They are functionally obsolete. They are more than likely fire hazards.
Chicago learned the lesson on how you cure slum crime. You tear down the slum. That's what Chicago did with one major slum named Cabrini Green.

NEW SPECIES OF FROG FOUND IN ANDES
The new species is a member of a subfamily of frogs that appear to be on the road to extinction as a result of a fungal disease.
It remains to be seen if this new species is nature's answer to the fungal disease. If so, then one might expect this new species to replace its cousins that go extinct.
Nature constantly tinkers with organisms to engineer life that can overcome obstacles in the environment. In this regard, nature brought forth White people to overcome the inability of darker humans to make enough Vitamin D in cloudy, rainy, less sunny Europe.

COCKROACHES HAVE DIFFERENT PERSONALITIES
It's a survival mechanism.
When one considers such differences it is helpful to imagine that the DNA code that makes cockroaches and all other organisms that we are aware of (except some viruses that rely on RNA), "wants" to survive and expand itself as much as possible. The best way to accomplish this is usually to build in various differences in the individual life units so that no matter what hits them, there will be some who will survive.

WHITES FLEEING SAN FRANCISCO SCHOOLS
When White parents have choices, the schools re-segregate, because the White parents pull their kids out of the slum and jungle schools.
Bright Whites correctly see no upside to diversity and only downside and don't want their kids to be sacrificed to the phony god diversity.
White parents who are smart know that school isn't just a place to park their kids. There are whole social scenes in every school and this is where future mates are often found.

while we appreciate our pd and fd, this rally was not needed. look at the motley group of people with nothing going on in their lives. and the lurker was there to take pictures and write about it. talking about writing, west said in his blog today he could not catch the names of the pd officers the lady was complaining about. really west? she spelled them out very clearly. sad that west mocks her. one of the officers has a grudge cuz he can't whale watch from a pd helicopter and the other was head of pd union who wrote some very incriminating emails in the Righeimer/Mensinger case of pd harassment and more. hope they did something and the lady is not a looney. it would be great to march them out of pd.

ReplyDeletefoley was, again, out of control at the public comments section of the meeting. absolutely must stop barking at speakers! I get it that she is up there to carry the water for her campaign contributers, the pd, but she can go about it in other ways. she has already called back a speaker, jim Fitzpatrick, to cross examine him after his public comments and now this because she did not like what the speaker had to say. she is not running the show though she thinks she is. the mayor has graciously let her get out of line twice now in her short tenure. he needs to take her aside and let her know it will not be tolerated again. foley is trying to intimidate speakers and violate their first amendment rights. she can save her crap for her own comments at her allotted time. this is a preview of what would happen if Humphrey or stephens got on council. very chilling.
