Hiroshima was about 100% Japanese in 1945. It's still about 100% Japanese today.
Detroit was a very White city in 1945. It's almost an all Black city now. There are just a few Whites there (about 10% of the population) who are trapped for one reason or another and can't leave.
Genes matter. People are not fungible. People, no less than ants or birds or any other organisms make or find their living areas according to their genetic programs.
Soon, there may not be enough Whites to go around to keep all of the U.S. from becoming like Detroit. There are already too few Whites to go around to keep many schools from being called failing schools. (And, it's not because of dumb bricks or dumb teachers or dumb administrators).
