It seems almost certain that Baghdad is going to fall. It's just not known how fast that will happen.
The American government is caught up in tangled Mideast problems because of our false idea that we can impose our idea of order on the rest of the world, and that various peoples will be pleased to have American values forced on them.
Here's where America is in this mess. We destabilized Iraq and killed the leader of that nation who was a Sunni. We then installed a Shia puppet in his place. Shia is also the majority religion in Iran, which we keep smearing. We then supported Sunni rebels in Syria (the same ones who are now marching on Baghdad). Iran has now apparently sent fighters to shore up the Shia puppet in Iraq. So who should America support? Shias, Sunnis, Iranians? How about no one. How about we stop butting into the internal affairs of other nations?

ANOTHER RARE EVENT: TV NEWS FULLY REPORTING: TEN-YEAR-OLD WHITE GIRL ATTACKED BY A BLACK GIRL WHO CALLED THE WHITE GIRL A CRACKER
Video (2:00 min).
We'll try to keep track of this story to see if hate crime charges are filed against the Black puke.
So far, the Whites in this video aren't getting squishy and saying they forgive the Black racist girl.
BTW, as we've reported previously, there was a hate crime attack by non-Whites on a young White kid in Costa Mesa that the cops tried to cover up. This happened several years ago and, hopefully, the cops involved are ones who have left the department.

MAYOR PRO TEM MENSINGER HAS A NICE COLUMN IN THE DAILY PILOT TODAY
Mensinger points out some of the positive changes and improvements that have been made since the advent of the Righeimer Council--and there are many of them.
And, as expected, the usual tiny negative herd follow Mensinger's column with their usual stupid comments.
As of this writing (6:46 A.M. 6/12/14) you can see the negative comments from:
Billy Folsom--Has now commented
Mike McNiff-- Has commented 5x (12:51 A.M.)
Edward Hunter--Has commented
Flo Tsveti Martin
Mary Ann O'Connell--Has commented 2x (12:51 A.M.)
David Simmons (added 8:08 A.M.)--Has commented 2x (12:51 A.M.)
Reggie Mundekis (added 8:08 A.M.)--Has commented 2x (12:51 A.M.)--Lives in Orange, not CM.
Cynthia Benedict (added 12:51 A.M.) Commented 3x.
It's the same tiny group all the time. A few of the usual members of this herd are missing, but we expect to see them pop up shortly, and we'll put up their names.
You will note that some of the above have commented more than once. Billy Folsom has commented
These folks just don't like improvement. Some whine that Costa Mesa is losing its small town feel. As we've written before, that's because our city sits in a desirable geographic spot, and like anything that is desirable there is a high demand for it.
If anyone wants to live in places with a small town feel, they should move out of the path of progress to places that are considered less desirable. There are plenty of small towns where nothing changes for decades. Please move. Bye, bye. We won't miss you and your negative comments.

'WHITE PEOPLE ARE THE PROBLEM'
In a symposium on the great American novel, Margaret E. Wright-Cleveland, Florida State University, gives us this gem of erudition when she writes that The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn shows that "white people are the problem."
Actually, Ms. Wright-Cleveland, White people are the solution.
