WE JUST TOOK A LOOK AT THE REGISTER OF ACTIONS IN THE RIGHEIMER ET. AL CASE AND WE SEE THINGS MAY BE QUICKLY MOVING AS WE GUESSED THEY WOULD

Things should start speeding up now.  A plaintiff has a right to his day in court and he has a right to discovery.

IT WOULDN'T SURPRISE US IF SOME CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS ARE FILED SOON AGAINST SOME OF THOSE WHO ARE OPPOSED TO RIGHEIMER AND MENSINGER 

We don't have any inside information, but our reason, our instincts and our powers of observation tell us--again--that we're just seeing the tip of the iceberg in this whole sordid matter.

And, we think things and links may come to light that may stretch deep into at least two other counties and may involve some things, some conspiracies,* some relationships and some serious favor-paybacks that right now may seem unrelated to the civil case.

*To proleptically answer the low IQ haters on this point: a conspiracy only requires two people.
