CM PRESS # 495

NEW YORK NEW AFRICA--BLACK IN HOSPITAL ATTACKS AND BEATS 70-YEAR-OLD WHITE FEMALE NURSE UNCONSCIOUS AS SHE TRIES TO HELP HIM

Meanwhile the liars, the neurotics and the weak seed Whites are all showing they have their tiny brained heads up their butts as they say things such as: "Golly, gosh, we can't figure out a motive for the attack."

Here's the motive: The attacker was Black and his easy victim was an elderly White woman.  It was a hate crime.

You wonder why Whites in the South started the KKK?  It was because of all the attacks on Whites by Blacks.

THE CM PRESS RECIPE FOR NEW ENGLAND FRIED CLAMS

With this exclusive, easy, and inexpensive recipe, you'll think you're  in Essex or Ipswich, Mass.  This serves one person.

There are many fried clam recipes available and some have you soak the clams in milk rather than the egg mixture, but the recipe below gives you clams that have the texture and taste of most clams I had when I was growing up in New England.

You can also use this recipe for fried chicken.

1 can Trader Joe's Maine Whole Cherrystone clams (6.5. oz)
1 Egg beaten w/ 1T of water in small bowl. Do not mix with dry ingredients.
1/2" +-of corn or canola oil

Dry ingredients:
1/2 cup all purpose flour (You can add 1t of cornmeal to this if you want.)
1/4 t of black pepper
1/4 t of seasoned salt
1/4 t of paprika
pinch of onion powder
pinch of garlic powder
pinch of cayenne pepper

Rinse and throw the clams in the egg/water mixture.  Then dredge them in the dry ingredients (flour/spices).
Heat the oil in a heavy pan until it shimmers. Put the coated clams in.  Fry for about a minute on each side until golden brown. Remove and put on a paper towel.

Add some french fries, some tarter sauce and some coleslaw and you have a full meal.
