BLACK PUKE WHO RAPED AND MURDERED A YOUNG PREGNANT MORMON WOMAN WHO HAD JUST MOVED TO COSTA MESA AND INTO AN APARTMENT NEAR HARBOR AND ADAMS GETS DEATH PENALTY

She innocently and naively opened the door when the Black puke knocked. The Black had been living in one of our crime infested motels that are attracting criminals, vagrants, hobos and the insane from Los Angeles.

Her husband discovered her body when he got home from work that day.

Rot in hell you scumbag!

And, to think, our City government seems to want to do things that will attract even more scumbags like this to Costa Mesa.

COSTA MESA CITY HALL ADDS YET ANOTHER CHIEF TO THE FIFTH FLOOR

If this keeps up, the City will have to expand the fifth floor of City Hall.

How many chiefs do we need?  Remember when Allan Roeder was the only real chief and things ran smoothly?

Tamara Letourneau
Tamara Letourneau, who has served as interim assistant chief executive officer for Costa Mesa for three years, has been hired as the City’s assistant chief executive officer/administrative services director.
Letourneau, whose first day in the permanent position will be Feb. 17, will oversee human resources, labor relations, the Parks and Community Services Department, county-run libraries in Costa Mesa, and employee development and communications, among other duties.
“Tammy’s expertise, professionalism and commitment to public service has served the City extremely well over the past three years,” said City CEO Tom Hatch. “We’re very fortunate that she will now be part of the Costa Mesa’s permanent management team.”

Letourneau—who has 25 years of experience in local government—worked for the City as a contract employee through Management Partners. Prior to working at Management Partners, Letourneau was the city manager for Yorba Linda and Sierra Madre.
She also is an adjunct professor at California State Polytechnic University Pomona and the University of La Verne. Letourneau is the current co-chair and a founding member of Women Leading Government and is also the current co-chair of the Cal ICMA Ethics Committee. In addition, she is a contributor to the book “Democracy at the Doorstep, Too!” by Mike Conduff and Melissa Byre Vossmer, which was published in 2012.
She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration California State Polytechnic University Pomona and a master’s degree in Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach.

Her annual salary will be $183,852.
HERE'S an article from 2008 about Letourneau apparently being shown the door by the City of Yorba Linda.

  1. Isn't that the same motel location, different name, that our Council majority is now trying to clean up?
