UPDATE TO STABBING AT BUS BENCH ON HARBOR AT VICTORIA
Unnamed sources tell the CM PRESS that on Tuesday, the CMPD arrested a 13-year-old Costa Mesa Latino gang member who is alleged to have stabbed a 16-year-old Costa Mesa Latino gang member on Monday. The 16-year-old gang member is expected to survive.
