MORE CUTS AT LA TIMES
The LA TIMES is apparently cutting about 75 more editorial positions at the paper, according to Editor and Publisher Magazine. LINK
Newspapers have been hit hard; first by the Internet, then by the drop in real estate advertising, and now auto ads are taking a hike.
We have our fingers crossed that the almost daily Daily Pilot survives. We like having a daily newspaper that serves the sister cities of Newport Beach and Costa Mesa and we'd hate to see it go away.
