MESA WATER JACKING UP OUR RATES AGAIN

In case you didn't receive the mail piece yet, Mesa Water is jacking up our water rates, AGAIN.  They just did this a few years ago for a five year increase and are now coming back again.  Really disappointed at the fiscal conservatives we helped elect on that Board. 

Everyone is paying attention the Council drama and the special districts are stealing money from our left and right pockets.  Hope to see something on your blog about this.

Dear California activist, California State Assemblyman Alan Mansoor was one of 15 Republican State legislators who recently wrote California Republican Members of Congress in support "comprehensive immigration reform." Their letter asks these Members to encourage Speaker John Boehner to hold a vote on immigration reform and advocates citizenship for illegal aliens. Members of the group We The People Rising are encouraging his constituents to attend a meeting they arranged with Mansoor on Oct. 30. The group plans a short rally before the meeting for the media to cover. During the meeting, they will ask Mansoor to disavow the letter to the congressional delegation. They'll also ask for help in overturning the illegal alien driver's license law. Mansoor used to be a pro-enforcement champion so his recent actions are unprecedented.
