We've now been called a gadfly and a white separatist over at Tom Johnson's blog (he's the one on the right). The other guy, unlike Johnson, still has something to do with the print media.

Sigh. If this guy had half a brain we'd try to explain to him what the words "gadfly" and "white separatist" actually mean in common usage, but we're not sure he's teachable.

This is the same guy who, before he was forced out of his job at the almost daily Daily Pilot, used to call us Mensa Marty.

He's also the guy who put us on the Pilot's list of 103 most influential people in Newport-Mesa for two years in a row.

Or, maybe that was Dodero who did that. Whatever. The name calling we can take, but to be put on that list...well, that's an insult that's difficult to overcome.

Once our name showed up on that list, little kids would run to their mothers in supermarkets when we went shopping, grown women would faint, and burly guys with tattoos would avert their eyes.

Johnson apparently wants to get the gig at the almost daily Daily Pilot back (it's a steady pay check), and he recently took a swipe at the suits who replaced him by writing that their ad revenue is off, etc. Not at all as much revenue as when Tom was in charge. No sirree.

Hey, Johnson, they don't want you back! Their message to you is AMSCRAY! The Pilot is also apparently going to start up its Monday edition again, so maybe things over there aren't as bad as you hope.

Instead of getting another kidney transplant, why don't you try for a brain this time. Hey, we'll even help you.

The CM PRESS ran a couple of pieces recently about alleged organ stealing from Arabs. Maybe you can get one of those brains wholesale at Crazy Itzik's Going Out of Business Discount Organs Emporium.

We can hardly wait to hear you with your new brain: "Praise be to Allah! That Millard is a running dog imperialist swine who actually believes in citizen participation in civic affairs and he believes Costa Mesa can be improved, and he attends City Council meetings to try to bring in that improvement. MORE LATINO GANG GRAFFITI IN MESA NORTH TODAY
It's been on a wall across from Paularino School for a couple of days. We haven't reported it to the City because we want as many citizens to awaken to the reality that the City is not doing anything substantive to remove the cause of the graffiti--the gangs--but is just trying to cover it up so citizens will remain blissfully ignorant.

To remove the gangs, the City has to remove the slums.
