Expect a crowd of RV owners. Also, one of the items to be voted on involves cars parked in private driveways hanging over and partially or totally blocking the adjacent sidewalk.
One of the areas most impacted by this and any changes in the law is Katrina Foley's Mesa Del Mar neighborhood where many of the driveways are short and the cars long.

THE MAYOR PASSES AWAY
Former mayor Donn Hall passed away today.
He'll be sorely missed. Our sympathies go out to his family. As we've written many times, Donn was the moving force behind the idea of bringing a marina to the area below the Westside Bluffs extending all the way from the ocean up to Victoria Street.
Had Donn succeeded, Costa Mesa's Westside would today be the best side of town.
Unfortunately, Donn's plan was defeated by a single vote on the City Council back when the proposal was presented.
It really does matter who gets elected. Three votes on the City Council are all that's needed to change the direction of this city for better or for worse.
