DOES CITY HALL NEED MORE LOOS FOR WOMEN?When we saw Linda Dixon in this photo at an awards ceremony at City Hall, we were reminded of our call for the City to build twice as many women's restrooms as men's restrooms.
Apparently, this hasn't been done.
